We are expanding our Crop Solutions Business in Central Eastern Europe and are looking for an experienced

SALES MANAGER CROP SOLUTIONS (M/F/D) – CZECH REPUBLIC & SLOVAKIA

Your tasks:
  • Analyze and describe market potentials and Go-To-Market strategy for Czech Republic and Slovakia based on Kwizda Agro Proprietary Product Portfolio & accessible 3rd party portfolio
  • Build up and manage the local organization and its processes in accordance with all local laws and regulation
  • Ensure long-term sustainable growth according to budgets and strategic planning by consequent and reflective execution of the sales and marketing strategy
  • Acquire and develop profitable new customers and key accounts
  • Set up commercial policy and campaign plans, to be aligned with Kwizda Agro management
  • Ensure sound technical support of sales teams incl. trial management
  • Contribute to the overall Kwizda Agro strategy process by providing the necessary input from country perspective
  • Adapt overall company strategic priorities to the local context and ensure execution
  • Represent the company towards all relevant stakeholders in the local market as well as establish and maintain influential relationships at all levels of customers, prospects and partners
Your skills:
  • Relevant degree in agricultural sciences and/or Marketing / Business Administration
  • Min. 5 years’ experience in a sales or product management position in an agricultural distribution or industry company
  • Deep knowledge of respective market in Czech Republic or Slovakia
  • Fluent in English, Czech and/or Slovakian would be a plus
  • Strong business acumen with "Hands on"–mentality
  • Ability to think strategically and define business opportunities or create value-add solutions
  • Willingness to tackle and solve all topics in a consequent and focused manner
  • Dynamic and persistent personality with the ability to get things done
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work efficiently across functions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proficiency in MS Office
